Starting April 20th 2023 and meeting every week for 6 weeks at 7:00pm – 9:30pm at my Studio in Littleton New Hampshire

Making a journal can be a wonderful experience. Creating a place to store all your ideas, dreams, recipes, other personal writing and drawings. Books and journals are magical things that humans have been using for hundreds of years. Books are beautiful things that have helped to define our human experience. In this course, you will design and sew together a beautiful grimore to meet your needs. This course will be offered in person. The class size will be limited 4 participants. Pre-registration is required.

Over the course of 6 sessions, you will make from start to finish a leather journal with archival paper. Participants will have some choices of leather color, white or cream colored paper, deer antler button or wrap closure, and thread color: natural, rainbow, or black.

We will mix ceremony and mirth into our creative process. Share stories and make something beautiful and funtional. You will learn about the history of magical books, different types of books, and how to keep information organized.

The journal will be 9″ x 7″ with 400 pages (200 sheets)
