Weekly Meditation Circle

Starting Tuesdays at 10am EST in September I will be offering a one hour meditation on Zoom for those wanting and interfaith place to drop down into their center and focus on the present moment. We will start with an insprational reading as a way to focus our group intention. Then we will sit togther for 20mins, followed by a short break for discussion, then we will sit for another 15-20mins followed by discussion and then we will complete the meditation with another inspirational reading.

Meditation is a simple way to take a break from our busy lives and find peace and serenity . There is no right or wrong way to meditation. It has been shown that regular meditation with a group can improve one’s sense of connection and self awareness.
